Absolutely. We handle new computer setup and full data migration from your old system, plus any related setup your business needs.
Is the work done on site or remotely?
Mostly remotely. We are a remote-first team: most fixes are done securely and remotely, usually the same day. New clients get an in-person setup so their systems can be managed remotely from then on, and if something needs hands-on work we discuss it with you first.
How fast is your typical response?
Most diagnostics are completed the same day, and most work wraps up within 24 to 48 hours.
