Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Who we are

This website, xnet.ax, is operated by X Networks LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to the contact details at the end of this page.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and phone number, and optionally your company, the service you are interested in and your message. To confirm the email address is yours, we email you a one-time 6-digit code; the code expires after 15 minutes and only a scrambled (hashed) copy is kept until then. We also record the date and time and your IP address to protect the form against abuse.
• Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you; it only gives us aggregated numbers such as page views and the countries visits come from. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not set cookies of our own.

How we use it

We use contact information only to answer your request, provide a quote or deliver services you ask for, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Service providers

• Cloudflare hosts and protects this website, provides cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics and may run a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) when you use the contact form.
• Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) delivers contact form messages to our mailbox.
• Google Workspace hosts our email.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted. Server request logs are kept by our providers for a limited time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
